Headquartered in Oceanside, California, TMC continues the legacy established by Morrissey Construction Company, founded in Illinois in 1954. Together, the Morrissey companies have successfully delivered more than $1 billion in commercial construction projects spanning housing, hospitality, restaurants, retail, education, religious facilities, and institutional construction.

Leadership That Builds Confidence

Founder Thomas Morrissey brings more than 50 years of construction experience, including executive leadership on more than 4,400 multifamily housing units delivered across hundreds of projects nationwide. His background spans international engineering, complex commercial construction, public works, and long-range community planning through his service on the Oceanside Planning Commission. 

Supporting him is a leadership team that combines decades of experience in project management, architecture, field operations, construction management, and client communication. Together, they bring practical problem solving, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to every project.
